If it was not worth it, say so.

Spire is not taking payments. The waitlist is free, the scan will be free, and the prices on the pricing page describe what we intend to charge once the takeover pack is built. This page exists now so that nobody buys later without knowing the terms in advance.

Free, and free for good. It exists so you can decide whether the paid pack is worth it before paying for anything. There is nothing to refund.

The first ten packs are assembled with a human in the loop, which changes what is fair:

• Before we start work on your codebase: cancel for any reason, full refund, no questions.
• After delivery: if the pack is wrong about your system, or too thin to use in a quote, tell us within 14 days and we refund in full. We would rather return the money than have a report of ours attached to a bid that loses.
• We may ask what missed, and we may offer to redo it. You are free to say no and take the refund.

Once packs are generated end to end, the same 14-day window applies to each purchase: if the pack that comes out is unusable, you get a refund for it. What we cannot refund is a pack that was accurate and that you simply decided not to act on.

Anything sold on a recurring basis can be cancelled at any time, takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and does not delete your existing packs.

If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Some sellers ask you to sign that right away before they will start delivering. We do not, and the policy above is deliberately at least as generous as the law requires. Consumer rights elsewhere apply on top of this page, never instead of it.

Email legal@getspire.co from the address you bought with, and say what you bought and what went wrong. One sentence is enough.

• We reply within 2 business days.
• Paddle is the merchant of record, so the refund is issued through them and returns to your original payment method.
• Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

If you are considering a chargeback, please write to us first. A chargeback freezes the account while the bank investigates, which is slower for you than simply asking us — and the policy above is written so that you should not need one.
